Yes. We welcome qualified distributors, importers, industry suppliers, and long-term business partners worldwide.
Before establishing a distributorship, we normally review the applicant’s target market, existing sales channels, industry experience, local service capabilities, business plan, and expected purchase volume.
Our team will then discuss a suitable cooperation model based on the market opportunity and the partner’s development plan.
Exclusive distribution rights may be considered for qualified partners who can meet agreed requirements regarding sales targets, annual purchase volume, market development, brand promotion, and local customer service.
Exclusivity is evaluated individually and must be confirmed through a formal distribution agreement.
Territory protection may be available to authorized distributors under a formal cooperation agreement.
The protected territory, applicable product range, sales targets, purchase commitments, agreement period, and other conditions will be clearly defined before the partnership begins.

Customized structures, packaging, molds, software, or other advanced modifications may require a higher minimum order quantity.The specific requirement will be confirmed after the product and customization details have been reviewed.
Yes.
Customers can purchase one unit for product evaluation, showroom display, market testing, staff training, or local market validation.
A single sample unit can normally support basic customization such as the logo, product color, interface language, voltage, and plug type. Some structural, software, or customized packaging requirements may require a larger order quantity.

Oxyboss provides OEM, ODM, private-label, and distributor-branding services. Common customization options include:
- Product logos and nameplates;
- Chamber colors and exterior finishes;
- Control interface languages;
- User manuals;
- Packaging design;

- Interior configurations and accessories;
- Selected software or structural modifications.
Any changes involving the product structure, software, or core functions must first be evaluated by our engineering team.
The production lead time depends on the product model, order quantity, customization requirements, component availability, and current production schedule.
Standard products normally have a shorter production cycle. Orders involving customized logos, colors, interfaces, or manuals require additional confirmation and production time.
Structural, software, or special packaging modifications may require a longer lead time.The estimated completion and delivery dates will be stated in the quotation, proforma invoice, or purchase agreement.

The deposit amount, balance payment date, settlement currency, and banking information will be clearly stated in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed, the balance payment must be completed before shipment.
The standard quotation normally includes the main systems required for the equipment to operate, such as:
- Hyperbaric chamber body;
- Oxygen supply or oxygen concentrator system;
- Pressurization and air supply system;
- Standard control system;
- Required connecting hoses;
- Standard valves and connection accessories;
- Basic user documentation;
- Standard export packaging.
The standard configuration varies by model. Items such as premium seating, cooling systems, BIBS systems, breathing masks, spare parts, customized packaging, and other optional features may be quoted separately.
The final scope of supply will be based on the configuration list and packing list included with the formal quotation.
The standard connecting hoses and basic accessories required for installation and normal operation are generally supplied with the equipment.
Whether a breathing mask is included depends on the selected chamber model and oxygen delivery method. Individual breathing masks, BIBS systems, additional hoses, spare components, and certain specialized accessories are normally optional.
The quotation will clearly identify the standard equipment, optional accessories, and any items that must be purchased separately.

Compliance, Use, Maintenance
and Warranty
Unless a specific product has received the relevant medical-device registration or authorization in the destination market, Oxyboss hyperbaric chambers are primarily positioned for non-medical wellness, fitness recovery, and commercial wellness applications.
Product classification, import requirements, sales regulations, and advertising rules vary by country.
Distributors and dealers should confirm the applicable local requirements before selling the products and should avoid unsupported claims relating to disease treatment, guaranteed medical outcomes, or other unapproved medical benefits.
We can provide available product and compliance documents to support the customer’s local assessment. Final responsibility for import and sales compliance should be determined according to local laws and regulations.
Users are advised to complete a basic health assessment before their first session and to understand the relevant precautions and contraindications.
Users with known health conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, special medication use, or a history of ear, sinus, respiratory, or pressure-equalization problems should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Commercial operators should also establish procedures for user screening, pre-session questions, abnormal-condition management, and session records.
Oxyboss provides equipment operation and safety guidance, which does not replace professional medical diagnosis or advice.
Specific maintenance requirements should follow the user manual provided for the relevant model. General recommendations include:
Before each session:
- Check the chamber body, door, or zipper for visible damage;
- Check hoses and connectors for looseness, bending, or leakage;
- Confirm that the pressure gauge, control screen, and pressure-release devices are operating normally;
- Make sure that no prohibited items are inside the chamber;
- Ensure that the area around the equipment is well ventilated.
After each session:
- Clean the interior contact surfaces;
- Keep the chamber interior dry and ventilated;
- Check for unusual sounds, odors, alarms, or operating conditions;
- Record any abnormal condition or service issue.
Periodic maintenance:
- Inspect the chamber sealing performance;
- Inspect valves, pressure gauges, and safety pressure-release devices;
- Check power cables, plugs, and control systems;
- Inspect the oxygen concentrator, compression system, and filtration components;
- Clean or replace filters according to the user manual;

- Maintain service and component-replacement records for frequently used equipment.
Customers should not disassemble the pressure system, electrical system, or safety-control components without authorization. If an abnormal condition occurs, stop using the equipment and contact Oxyboss or an authorized service provider.
Oxyboss standard products generally include 3-year limited warranty.
The exact warranty period and coverage are subject to the order agreement or warranty documentation.If a problem caused by product quality or manufacturing occurs during the warranty period, we may provide:
- Remote fault diagnosis;
- Video-based technical guidance;
- Repair instructions;
- Replacement parts;
- Necessary technical documentation.
Problems caused by incorrect operation, accidental or deliberate damage, unauthorized disassembly or modification, failure to follow maintenance instructions, transportation damage, normal wear of consumable parts, or force majeure are generally not covered by the standard warranty.
After the warranty period, we can continue to provide technical support, repair recommendations, and spare parts. Any applicable parts, shipping, or service costs will be confirmed with the customer before service is provided.
