Integrated Oxygen Concentrator + Air Compression System

Each OB-S15T comes standard with a dedicated oxygen concentrator and air compressor. The entire equipment set occupies only 0.23 square meters and is fully integrated and tested before leaving the factory. After arrival, it can be started simply by connecting the power supply. Operators do not need knowledge of gas equipment, nor do they need to coordinate with third-party gas source suppliers.

PSA Pressure Swing Adsorption Technology

Based on PSA, or Pressure Swing Adsorption, gas separation technology, the oxygen concentrator efficiently separates oxygen from the air through a molecular sieve module and delivers a stable oxygen concentration of 93% ±3%. This specification remains consistent throughout the device’s full life cycle and meets the industry’s commonly accepted standard for high-concentration oxygen supply.

Oil-Free Air Compression Technology

The air compression system uses an oil-free design, eliminating oil and gas contamination of the in-chamber air environment at the source. During the design stage, the OB-S15T treats “maintainability” as one of its core indicators. The chamber cover, accessories, functional components, and certain gas valve interfaces all use modular designs, allowing end users or local service personnel to complete replacements independently without returning the product to the factory for repair, resulting in shorter downtime and lower maintenance costs.

Strict Factory Inspection Process

Each device must pass four independent tests over a continuous seven-day period before leaving the factory: full-load pressure holding capacity; long-duration airtightness retention verification; electrical safety indicator testing; and functional verification of oxygen concentration output, airflow rate, and system linkage. All test data is archived accordingly and can be provided with the order for the buyer’s records and future reference.
