1.5 ATA Triangular Soft-Shell Hyperbaric Chamber
The OB-S15T is a 1.5 ATA soft-shell hyperbaric chamber with a triangular cross-section structure. Compared with traditional cylindrical soft chambers, its triangular structure significantly expands the usable upper space within a similar footprint, upgrading the in-chamber experience from “restricted lying down” to “free sitting and reclining.”
The entire chamber weighs only 24 kg and integrates oxygen supply and pressurization systems. It is ready to deploy out of the box and can be put into operation in the shortest possible time in any setting.

The cross-section of a traditional cylindrical soft chamber distributes space evenly, which limits the effective height above the user’s body. The OB-S15T uses a triangular cross-section design, increasing the arch height at the top of the chamber and providing more room for upper-body movement. This means that within almost the same floor projection area, the chamber offers greater internal headroom.
The Engineering Value of TPU Chamber Material
The main chamber material is high-density TPU composite fabric, which offers excellent airtightness retention and anti-aging performance. Compared with PVC-type materials, TPU demonstrates more stable elastic recovery and a lower seam fatigue rate during repeated pressurization and depressurization cycles, making it suitable for commercial schedules involving multiple uses per day.
Convenient Transportation and Installation
The chamber can be folded to the size of a standard logistics carton and supports both air and sea freight. After arrival, no professional installation team is required. Easy-Maintenance Design
During the design stage, the OB-S15T treats “maintainability” as one of its core indicators. The chamber cover, accessories, functional components, and certain gas valve interfaces all use modular designs, allowing end users or local service personnel to complete replacements independently without returning the product to the factory for repair, resulting in shorter downtime and lower maintenance costs.
Strict Factory Inspection Process
Each device must pass four independent tests over a continuous seven-day period before leaving the factory: full-load pressure holding capacity; long-duration airtightness retention verification; electrical safety indicator testing; and functional verification of oxygen concentration output, airflow rate, and system linkage. All test data is archived accordingly and can be provided with the order for the buyer’s records and future reference.
Certification System
The factory has passed both ISO 9001, the quality management system certification, and ISO 13485, the medical device quality management system certification. The product has passed CE certification. Certification documents can be provided for verification during the negotiation stage.
Online / On-Site Factory Inspection Support
We welcome and support factory inspections by partners. On-site visits to the production line, assembly area, and testing area can be arranged. If travel is inconvenient, a real-time factory inspection by video call can also be arranged, accompanied by technical personnel throughout the process for explanation. We believe that opening the factory is the most direct way to build trust.
