Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank Chambers for Sale
Cylindrical hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen tank chambers for studios, spas, and commercial wellness spaces. Aviation-grade aluminum alloy, 2.0 ATA, integrated 3-in-1 oxygen source. Single-person capsule and two-person upright tank formats.

OB-H201 Hyperbaric Oxygen Tank
The OB-H201 is a horizontal cylindrical hyperbaric oxygen tank for single-person use. Aviation-grade aluminum alloy body, 2.0 ATA maximum operating pressure, integrated 3-in-1 oxygen source.
- Inside the tank: soft padding and pillows on the cylinder floor. The chamber lies horizontal; you lie down or recline during a session.
- Outside the tank: an integrated 3-in-1 oxygen source cabinet (10 L/min concentrator + air compressor + air conditioner) with mirrored internal and external touch screens.
- Why this format: the smallest hard-shell tank footprint in the Oxyboss range. Pressurizes in 5–10 minutes to 1.5 ATA. Suited to studios with limited space, or operators running back-to-back individual sessions.
- Two diameters are available, sharing the same 220 cm length:
- OB-H201S — 75 cm diameter, 300 kg total weight
- OB-H201M — 90 cm diameter, 450 kg total weight (wider interior for taller or larger-framed users)
Why Cylindrical Aluminum Alloy
Both the H201 and D201 use aviation-grade aluminum alloy shells.
- Lightweight vs carbon steel at the same pressure rating — the D201 cylinder at 500 kg versus the comparable square H202 room-type at 900 kg is the direct comparison.
- Corrosion-resistant for humid wellness environments (pools, spas, coastal facilities).
- Even wall stress under pressure cycles — a cylinder distributes force symmetrically around its circular cross-section, which reduces metal fatigue at any single point.
The H201 and D201 share the same aluminum-alloy material specification as the OB-H401 clamshell flagship. Material certificates are available on request.
Service life: hard-shell aluminum alloy chambers are rated for 8–10 years under commercial use conditions.

Safety Features of the Tank Chamber
Both the H201 and D201 include passive safety systems that operate without electrical power:
- Automatic pressure relief valve — opens on overpressure
- Manual fine-adjustment relief valve — for pressure tuning during sessions
- Emergency dump valve — 30–60 second full decompression
- Pressure-sealed or air-bladder self-locking door — locks tighter as internal pressure rises; can be opened from inside or outside after full decompression
Oxygen concentration is continuously monitored on both internal and external screens. The system triggers an alarm and stops oxygen supply if interior concentration exceeds the preset threshold.
Interiors use anti-static dissipating flooring and flame-retardant materials. The compressor and oxygen source are integrated into the 3-in-1 cabinet outside the pressure area.

How Working With Oxyboss Works
Inquiry and specification match
Tell us your intended use, space dimensions, expected session volume, and target market. We'll recommend whether the H201 or D201 fits your situation, or whether you need a different format. Quotation comes back within 1 business day, handled by a person.
Order confirmation and deposit
Standard payment: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance after production is complete and confirmed, before shipment. Production lead time: 15–20 business days for hard-shell tanks.
Factory testing
Every tank runs continuously for 5–7 days at the factory before shipping. A video of the test run is available on request.
DDP delivery
We handle export packaging (fumigation-free wooden crates, vacuum moisture sealing), customs documentation, international freight, import duties, and clearance. Shipping from Shenzhen: sea freight 45–55 days, air freight 15–20 days.
Setup and commissioning
The tank arrives fully assembled. Connect the oxygen source cabinet to the chamber body with the included plug-and-play cabling, run the touchscreen self-test, and the unit is ready. No electrician needed. The D201 (500 kg) and H201M (450 kg) require local moving help from truck to final position; the H201S (300 kg) is manageable with two people.
Ongoing support
Hard-shell tanks carry a 3-year warranty — globally uniform, not tiered by region. Spare parts are available at factory cost after warranty expiry. Remote video diagnosis available 24/7; most faults resolved without shipping parts. Spare part dispatch: 3–5 business days after fault confirmation, with 48-hour initial diagnostic response.
Certifications and Compliance
Oxyboss holds CE certification (EU market access), ISO 13485 (quality management system for medical device manufacturing), and ISO 9001. The CE/PED certificate (No. 10.07.12722, Notified Body EUROCERT S.A.) covers the hard-shell product line under the European Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Hard-shell chamber bodies are designed to the ASME PVHO-1 pressure vessel standard for human occupancy.

Frequently Asked Questions
The H201 is a single-person horizontal cylinder (75 or 90 cm diameter, 220 cm long). The D201 is a two-person upright cylinder (230 × 178 × 170 cm). Both use the same aviation-grade aluminum alloy engineering and reach 2.0 ATA. The D201 uses a 20 L/min oxygen source; the H201 uses 10 L/min.
No. Both the H201 and D201 include an integrated oxygen concentrator that generates oxygen from room air. No external oxygen cylinders to purchase, refill, or store.
Both the H201 and D201 operate at 1.1–2.0 ATA adjustable pressure.
Walk in hyperbaric chambera draSessions run 60–90 minutes at 1.5 ATA, up to 90 minutes at 2.0 ATA. Plan for 20–30 minutes between sessions for the chamber to vent and the compressor to rest.w about 2.2 kWh per 60-minute session. Standard power is 110V / 220V / 240V at 10 A. A normal 10 A breaker with residual-current protection is sufficient — no dedicated industrial circuit, no special grounding. Sound levels from the 3-in-1 source are under 60 dB(A) at 1 meter, and cabin noise is around 45–48 dB(A).
Hard-shell tanks have independent internal and external touchscreens, so the user inside can manage pressure themselves. Having another person present during sessions is good practice — especially for first-time users.
Yes. Logo, color, control panel language, packaging, and some structural modifications are available. A 24-hour technical feasibility assessment is provided after you submit a customization brief.
Do not use if you have:
- Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung) — the primary absolute contraindication; pressure changes can cause a simple pneumothorax to become a tension pneumothorax
- Active ear or sinus infection, or recent ear surgery
- Severe COPD with CO₂ retention
- Uncontrolled fever above 38.5°C
Consult a doctor first if you are pregnant (particularly first trimester), taking cisplatin, disulfiram, doxorubicin, bleomycin, sulfamylon, or corticosteroids, or have a history of seizure disorder, asthma, or cardiac conditions.
Before each session, remove all electronics, batteries, lighters, and combustible items; oil-based skincare, cosmetics, and petroleum products (Vaseline, lotions); and synthetic clothing — wear 100% cotton inside the chamber. During pressurization, swallow, yawn, or use the Valsalva maneuver to equalize ear pressure.
- 5 minutes to 1.3 ATA
- 10–12 minutes to 1.5 ATA
- 20–25 minutes to 2.0 ATA
Times vary slightly by chamber size and sealing structure. The D201 takes slightly longer than the H201 due to larger chamber volume.
