It means working with a focused hyperbaric chamber factory with transparent processes, verifiable quality, and stable supply capability.
Oxyboss Manufacturing Positioning
Oxyboss is a factory-based company focused on the research, manufacturing, and export of non-medical wellness hyperbaric chambers. We have long served overseas brands, importers, distributors, and channel partners. With our production base located in Pingshan, Shenzhen, our sales, engineering, and production teams work closely together to respond quickly to customization requests and maintain consistency across bulk orders. Oxyboss has built its production resources, engineering experience, and inspection procedures around hyperbaric chamber manufacturing. Our goal is to establish a manufacturing system that is repeatable, inspectable, and deliverable.
Single Product Category
At Oxyboss, 100% of our workshop resources, R&D investment, and inspection procedures are focused on one product category: hyperbaric chambers. We understand that only by dedicating our full attention to this category can we deliver equipment with reliable pressure stability during long-term, high-frequency use.
Dedicated Manufacturing Processes
Hyperbaric chamber manufacturing is essentially the safe control of a pressurized enclosure. Chambers made from different materials and built in different forms require completely different manufacturing logic. Oxyboss has established two separate precision process control standards for flexible pressurized soft chambers and rigid structural hard-shell chambers.
System-Based Engineering
We do not deliver a chamber body alone. We deliver a complete system consisting of the chamber body, oxygen source, air compression system, control system, tubing, valves, and accessories. The ability to match the entire system is a key indicator of a professional hyperbaric chamber manufacturer.
Long-Term Consistency
At Oxyboss, the first chamber and the 100th chamber are manufactured to the same confirmed standard. Through standardized SOP production and strict supply chain control, we reduce randomness in manual assembly. From chamber color and voltage configuration to the language of the user manual shipped with the product, every bulk order is aligned with your approved first sample.
Manufacturing Process
Every hyperbaric chamber goes through a clear manufacturing process, from order confirmation to final packaging. For both standard models and customized orders, specifications are confirmed before production to avoid inconsistencies in configuration, language, voltage, or packaging after manufacturing has started. Oxyboss wants customers to see more than finished product photos. We provide a manufacturing process that can be communicated, confirmed, and traced.
Single Source of Truth Order Confirmation
We organize all customer customization details, including target-market voltage, plug specifications, logo vector files, carton marks, and packaging requirements, into a standardized B2B Production Confirmation Sheet. This document is jointly reviewed and signed by sales, engineering, and workshop supervisors. Workshop staff produce only according to this verified single source of truth, helping eliminate technical configuration errors caused by cross-border communication or multi-layer information transfer.
2D / 3D Engineering Pre-Review
Before any order enters production, especially OEM / ODM customized orders, our engineering team can provide 2D dimension drawings or 3D renderings for customer review. We evaluate the physical feasibility of chamber pressure-bearing structure, airflow system heat dissipation, and the actual visual proportion of the logo on the chamber body. This helps ensure that there is no gray area between design and manufacturing before raw materials are cut.
IQC and Raw Material Batch Traceability
All critical materials must pass incoming quality control before entering the production line. For example, TPU composite materials are subject to random checks for tensile strength and tear resistance. Before assembly, pressure control valves and emergency release valves are individually calibrated for release pressure. Each batch of raw materials is registered, ensuring that the core materials and components used in every chamber have a clear quality traceability record.
Process-Level Quality Control Points
Chamber manufacturing is more than assembly. In the heat-sealing process for soft chambers, our high-frequency welding equipment is set with standardized welding temperature and time parameters. After heat sealing, every key seam must pass an initial airtightness check. During hard-shell chamber welding, certified welders perform the work, and key welds are inspected for appearance and density. Chamber bodies with welding defects are not allowed to proceed to the next system assembly stage.
Integrated Machine Commissioning
A hyperbaric chamber is a precise integrated air, oxygen, and electrical system. At this stage, we do more than connect hardware components. We run the chamber body, oxygen concentrator, air compression system, and intelligent control panel as a complete machine. We jointly test electrical load under different voltage standards, real-time pressure feedback from sensors, and control software logic, ensuring that customers receive a mature plug-and-play system.
Strict Final Quality Control
Before packaging, every hyperbaric chamber must be moved to an independent QC area for no less than 24 hours of static high-pressure pressure-hold testing. We use digital pressure gauges to record the pressure curve over 24 hours. Only when the air leakage rate meets our strict internal tolerance standard, typically close to zero, can the chamber be released for packaging. For cross-border bulk customers, we can provide real photos or videos of the pressure-hold process, pressure data charts, and inspection reports for your confirmation before final payment.
Export-Grade Protective Packaging for Long-Distance Shipping
For high-value hard-shell chambers and moisture-sensitive soft chamber accessories, we use fumigation-free wooden crate packaging. Inside the crate, customized shock-absorbing EPE foam and waterproof film are used for full protective wrapping. Each crate includes a detailed packing list and equipment manual. We make sure the contents are tightly secured, with no empty gaps or shaking inside the box, helping reduce the risk of moisture, stacking pressure, and impact during ocean shipping that may last several months.

Materials and Structural Engineering
Oxyboss refuses to use general inflatable toy materials or production methods. For hyperbaric chambers used in high-frequency pressure cycling environments, we have built strict material selection and structural processing standards.
TPU Soft Chambers: Medical-Grade Composite Material
We use multi-layer composite TPU material customized for high-pressure environments, with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The material contains no waste or recycled material and has passed SGS, RoHS, and REACH environmental and non-toxic certification. Even under repeated pressure cycling, it maintains high tensile strength and zero microporous penetration.
Glue-Free Welding and VOC Control
A hyperbaric chamber is an enclosed space, and any material emission may directly affect the user’s breathing environment. Oxyboss soft chambers use a 100% glue-free high-frequency heat welding process. Through physical fusion welding, we eliminate toxic volatile compounds such as formaldehyde and toluene that may come from traditional strong adhesives. The chamber body has extremely low odor and is designed to meet FDA food-grade requirements and European and U.S. VOC control standards.
High-Frequency Welded Seams and Double Reinforcement
Seams are one of the key pressure-bearing areas of a soft hyperbaric chamber. We use automatic high-frequency welding machines, with the weld width uniformly controlled within a safe range of 30 mm to 45 mm. The edges are reinforced with double-sided overlapping strips. This dual protection structure helps improve the pressure resistance limit of the seam by 1.5 times compared with ordinary single-sided welding.
Heavy-Duty Airtight Zipper and Self-Sealing Structure
To ensure the chamber remains airtight after thousands of opening and closing cycles, we use heavy-duty explosion-resistant airtight YKK zippers imported from Japan. A high-pressure self-sealing rubber flap is installed outside the zipper. The higher the internal chamber pressure, the tighter the rubber flap adheres to the sealing area. This physical self-sealing design significantly reduces slow air leakage caused by slight zipper wear.
Metal Hard-Shell Chambers: Precision Welding
The main body of our hard-shell chamber is made from 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy with a thickness of no less than 4 mm to 6 mm. All pressure-bearing welds are completed by professionally qualified welders. Before leaving the factory, the chamber must pass non-destructive testing and random X-ray weld inspection to help prevent the risk of metal fatigue cracks during long-term, frequent pressurization and depressurization cycles.
Surface Coating and Anti-Mold Treatment
The hard-shell chamber body uses a medical-grade electrostatic powder coating process and is cured at a high temperature of 200°C. The coating offers strong scratch resistance and includes anti-mold and antibacterial factors. Even when used in humid commercial beauty salons or spa centers, and wiped frequently with disinfectants, the coating is designed to resist fading, blistering, and mold growth.
System Integration
Oxyboss refuses to leave customers with the risks and uncertainty of self-assembly. We treat the hyperbaric chamber as a closed-loop micro-system and tune airflow, oxygen concentration, temperature, noise level, and electrical control before shipment. This provides you and your customers with a plug-and-play experience.
Oxygen Source Matching
According to the chamber volume and working pressure of different models, such as 1.3 ATA to 2.0 ATA, we precisely match 5L, 10L, or 20L high-purity oxygen concentrators. We have redesigned the airflow path to ensure oxygen-rich gas is accurately delivered to the oxygen mask while maintaining high-frequency air circulation inside the chamber to help prevent carbon dioxide buildup.
Compression System
All models are equipped with 100% oil-free compressors and multi-stage activated carbon filtration systems to help ensure breathing gas purity from the source. To manage heat generated by compression, we integrate anti-condensation dehumidification and heat dissipation systems, helping eliminate the stuffy “sauna-like” feeling inside the chamber. An acoustic silencing chamber design helps keep operating noise below 52 dB.
Safety Control
We use progressive pressure ramping logic to help reduce ear discomfort caused by sudden pressure changes. The chamber is equipped with internal and external synchronized dual redundant pressure gauges, as well as a one-touch emergency release valve. On the electrical side, we apply strict overload and leakage protection and provide compliant voltage configurations for target markets, including 110V, 220V, and 240V.
Air Path Connections
We use only medical-grade, non-toxic, odor-free TPU composite hoses and food-grade silicone tubing. All connections use high-airtightness metal quick-release couplings, and the air, oxygen, cooling, and electrical interfaces are color-coded for clear identification.
Whole-System Verification
Qualified individual components do not automatically mean a reliable system. Before shipment, every system must undergo no less than 7 × 24 hours of full-load cycle testing as a complete unit. Inspectors continuously monitor electrical load stability, airflow temperature and humidity changes, and system airtightness throughout the full cycle.

Quality Control Verification
Hyperbaric chambers involve a pressurized environment and oxygen supply system, so factory inspection is central to purchasing trust. Oxyboss does not treat quality control as a formality. We use it as an important basis for pre-shipment confirmation and customer review. Before packaging, every unit is inspected according to the internal testing standards of its corresponding model. For cross-border buyers, we can provide inspection records, real photos or videos, configuration lists, and packaging confirmation materials to support clear review before final payment and shipment.
Pressure-Hold Check
The equipment must complete a pressure-hold check according to the corresponding model standard. We observe the chamber body, seams, door or zipper area, viewing windows, and air path interfaces for abnormal leakage.
Airtightness Verification
Airtightness inspection covers chamber connections, window areas, valve positions, tubing interfaces, zipper or door sealing areas, with special attention to small leakage points that may affect long-term operation.
Pressure Release Check
Safety release devices are checked before shipment to confirm that normal depressurization and emergency pressure release paths are clear and effective, helping avoid the absence of controlled release options in abnormal situations.
Oxygen Source Inspection
We check oxygen source operating status, oxygen concentration output, airflow performance, and connection status. The oxygen source system must be matched with the chamber body and pressure system, rather than simply packed as a separate accessory.
Electrical Testing
We check the control panel, power connection, voltage specification, wiring condition, and whole-machine operation to rule out basic electrical abnormalities and confirm that the unit matches the target-market voltage confirmed in the order.
Appearance Check
We check chamber color, logo, interior, control interface, labels, accessories, and packaging against the confirmed order details, especially for OEM / ODM customized orders.
Document Traceability
Before shipment, we can provide inspection records, QC confirmation, product photos, configuration lists, and packaging images. Customers can complete confirmation based on visible documentation instead of relying only on verbal promises.
Custom Manufacturing
Oxyboss supports different levels of OEM / ODM customization for brands, importers, and distributors. Before production, we clarify the feasibility, scope, and confirmation method of each customization item to avoid disputes before shipment. Customization is not simply adding a logo after production. It means bringing brand appearance, configuration language, voltage standards, packaging documents, and market-specific versions into the manufacturing process.
Basic Private Labeling
We support adding customer brand identity to the chamber body, control panel, outer cover, packaging box, and documentation files, helping partners build their own branded hyperbaric chamber product line.
Appearance Customization
Based on your brand visual identity or target-market preference, we can adjust chamber color, outer chamber cover, hard-shell chamber surface finish, and overall appearance scheme.
Interior Configuration
According to order requirements, we can adjust interior color, mattress, pillow style, lighting, speakers, or other partial configurations to better match the intended sales positioning.
Language Localization
The control panel interface, user manual, labels, and warning content can be localized for the target market, helping reduce end-user operation and after-sales communication costs.
Voltage Adaptation
We confirm 110V, 220V, or 240V voltage configuration according to the electrical standards of the destination country and coordinate plug standards to reduce the risk of secondary modification after delivery.
Deep Development
For projects with clear order quantities and engineering requirements, we can discuss dimensional adjustments, accessory combinations, structural details, and dedicated sales versions. Specific solutions must be confirmed after engineering evaluation.
